Privacy policy

What is held

Your name and email (through Clerk), your purchases (Stripe customer and session ids; card numbers never touch the school), your enrolments, lesson progress, quiz attempts and scores, certificates issued, and any support message you send.

Why

To run your courses, show your progress, issue certificates and support you. Nothing is sold or used for advertising.

Processors

Clerk (sign-in), Stripe (payments), Neon (database), Vercel (hosting), and, where the school has enabled it, Resend (email) and Vercel Blob (files). Each acts under its own policy.

Retention and deletion

Records stay while your account exists. Email rob@fusiondataco.com to export or delete them; certificates already issued are kept as a record that they were issued.

Cookies

A session cookie from Clerk and a CSRF token. No advertising or tracking cookies.
